Michael Cahill
Michael has been the Administrator at Devon House for 2 ½ years. He has been in healthcare management since 1984, working in ten different States. Michael is a big Red Sox fan.
Maria Schena
Maria Schena brings eight years of dedicated experience in the healthcare industry to her role as Admissions Director at DevonHouse. Since 2023, she has focused her expertise on Senior Care, passionately guiding families to find a community where their loved ones will receive exceptional care and support. Maria is driven by her mission to streamline the admissions process, offering families the peace of mind and reassurance they deserve during this important transition.
Diane Holzman
Diane has been with Devon House as the Business Office Manager for 4 years. Her career in healthcare began in 1979 as an Activities Director in a local Nursing Home. Most of her experience is in overall management of Nursing and Personal Care Homes. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family and her Grand-Puppies.
Julia Barwick
Julia is an accomplished Licensed Practical Nurse with over ten years of experience specializing in geriatrics and personal care settings. As Director of Nursing, she brings extensive expertise in state regulations (DHS 2600 for Personal Care Homes), budget management, staff supervision, training, quality assurance, and enhancing resident and family satisfaction. Having served as Director of Health and Wellness for over five years, she is committed to promoting resident independence and autonomy. Julia is also a licensed personal care home administrator, certified Med-Tech Trainer, and CPR/first aid trainer, and she is currently pursuing a degree in business management to advance her leadership skills further.
Michelle Kremers
Michelle has been in the healthcare industry for over 25 years and has found her passion in the Activities Department. She believes everyone is unique and enjoys creating new and exciting experiences for residents. She’s always striving to meet each individual’s interests and needs. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends.
Jim Nimas
Jim has been the Culinary Director at Devon House for the last 16 ½ years. He started in Senior Living in 1996 as it was a better path to begin a family than the restaurant business. He is married with two sons who are all huge football fans. Go Eagles!
Max Rolon
Max began his career in maintenance through apprenticeships and vocational trade schooling. He has been in the industry for 10 years, starting with woodcraft, then branching out into other trades. His passions are fixing and maintaining equipment and working with wood. Max chose to work in a Senior Living facility to provide prompt and professional service to seniors who can no longer do it themselves.
