Michael Cahill
Michael has been the Administrator at Devon House for 2 ½ years. He has been in healthcare management since 1984, working in ten different States. Michael is a big Red Sox fan.
Diane Holzman
Diane has been with Devon House as the Business Office Manager for 4 years. Her career in healthcare began in 1979 as an Activities Director in a local Nursing Home. Most of her experience is in overall management of Nursing and Personal Care Homes. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family and her Grand-Puppies.
Tailyn Queen
Tailyn has been working in the healthcare industry for 12 years. She started out as a CNA and ventured into other roles such as an Admissions Director, a Business Development Specialist, and a Clinical Liaison. She became very familiar with the industry. Tai has been working in marketing now for 8 years and is loving it. Tai loves interacting with residents and strives to build a successful senior living facility and peaceful living environment for all residents. In her free time, Tai likes to keep busy. She enjoys the outdoors, hiking, sports, and spending time with her family.
Kimberly Whitaker
Kimberly is a Registered Nurse and has worked in healthcare for 28 years. Her experience includes EMS, cardiac, obstetrics, hospice, home care, pediatrics, infusion nursing, genetics, and skilled nursing facility care. In 2000 she received a commendation from the PA governor. She’s been with DevonHouse for 2 years. She is married with twin sons and enjoys spending time with her 2 golden retrievers.
Brianna Yerger
Brianna has been a licensed practical nurse for 6 years, and has been with DevonHouse for 2 years. She is certified in wound care, long term care, and a dementia practitioner. In her free time, she enjoys hiking and spending time outdoors with her German Shepherd.
Elizabeth Lindquist
Elizabeth has over 10 years of experience planning and facilitating activities for personal care and dementia care residents. She is passionate about enriching lives of seniors and encouraging them to try new things. She truly believes in person-centered activity planning, catering activities around each individual’s unique interests and level-of-care. She believes in providing unconditional positive regard for residents to help them achieve their goals and maintain their highest level of activity engagement. Elizabeth strives to empower residents to be their best selves, every day. In her free time, Elizabeth loves spending time with animals, helping others, singing, traveling, and visiting her family in Massachusetts.
Jim Nimas
Jim has been the Culinary Director at Devon House for the last 16 ½ years. He started in Senior Living in 1996 as it was a better path to begin a family than the restaurant business. He is married with two sons who are all huge football fans. Go Eagles!
Max Rolon
Max began his career in maintenance through apprenticeships and vocational trade schooling. He has been in the industry for 10 years, starting with woodcraft, then branching out into other trades. His passions are fixing and maintaining equipment and working with wood. Max chose to work in a Senior Living facility to provide prompt and professional service to seniors who can no longer do it themselves.
